The ideal candidate will take a strategic and analytical approach to the design of digital campaigns. You will direct and guide a team of campaign specialists.

You will have the technical ability and experience to design campaigns across PPC, SEO, and paid social. You will have strong communication skills with a keen commercial acumen, ensuring that you always put results front and centre

The role of Senior Digital Strategist will include the following:

• Become a key part of each of your client’s senior digital team
• Provide strategy and insights that are backed up with data
• Test, analyse and communicate
• Identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI 
• Build and nurture relationships with executive-level clients that result in new business and ongoing partnerships
• Lead a team to develop compelling campaigns and drive growth

Key requirements for the role:

• 4+ years of digital strategy experience, utilising Google ads and paid social campaigns
• Deep experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in onboarding clients, providing education, and advice on how to scale campaigns while maintaining profitably
• Experience leading a PPC and paid social team
• Ability to conduct progress reports and provide individual development plans to the team
• Ability to challenge yourself to improve the quality and profitability of your client’s digital journey
• A student to the game who is always looking to tweak and improve their work.
