Our client is a multi-revenue focussed affiliate marketing business. They are looking for a sales-focused affiliate manager to join their rapidly growing international company

Role:

The main focus of the Affiliate Manager will be sourcing new operators, identifying potential new publishers and promoting our industry-leading affiliate deals.  You will also be responsible for developing  new deals with our partner operators while delivering an unrivalled level of service to our publishers:

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new publishers and deliver bespoke operator deals based on specific traffic.
  • Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring that value is being delivered both for the operator and the publisher.
  • Understand the advertisers’ user acquisition and provide a consultative service to the publisher portfolio using your industry expertise
  • Suggest and implement initiatives for growth.
  • Understand points of difference to help grow the publisher, the network and the operator
  • Forecast sales results
  • Ensure all KPI’s, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Developing and maintaining market-leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering an industry-leading service.
  • Proactively build and grow a sales pipeline through calls, emails, meetings, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Sales focused: must have a ‘hunter’ personality  with a strong ambition to succeed
  • Ability and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to deliver value on both sides of the funnel
  • Exceptional  listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • An existing network of publishers and contacts is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • An understanding of key campaign metrics
  • Ability to work quickly and close negotiations in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize over competing tasks
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of G Suite
  • Be proactive, results-oriented as well as honest, and trustworthy
  • Be a team player and dedicated to delivering great results

Desirable

  • Some technical understanding of ad operations and campaign tracking is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with an affiliate network
