As COO, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end operational processes that enable scalability, efficiency, and high-performance execution. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure seamless integration across sales, marketing, product development, and technology.

This role requires a leader with a strong operational mindset, hands-on humility, a deep understanding of agile execution frameworks, and the ability to drive efficiency through structured KPIs, automation, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Agile Execution
  • Implement and optimize agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, OKRs) to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leverage cutting-edge operational tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion) to ensure seamless project tracking, accountability, and reporting.
  • Establish scalable execution frameworks that drive efficiency, iteration speed, and measurable outcomes.

Leadership & Organizational Growth

  • Oversee hiring and management of key leadership roles, including the hiring of CTO, CMO, and Head of Product.
  • Foster a results-oriented, data-driven, yet value first culture
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making & KPIs
  • Define, track, and analyze key operational metrics across all departments.
  • Ensure real-time visibility into performance data to drive proactive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to optimize business performance and resource allocation.

Financial Oversight & Business Development

  • Oversee budgets, operational expenditures, and financial planning in close collaboration with the CEO, ensuring cost efficiency and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities, optimizing monetization strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Drive strategic product prioritization, aligning value-driven objectives with data-driven insights to maximize long-term impact and scalability.
  • Funnel Optimization & Customer Experience
  • Work with marketing to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the design and execution of customer journey enhancements to improve satisfaction and lifetime value.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Negotiate and oversee vendor, partnerships, supplier, and third-party partnerships to maintain quality and efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.

Who You Are

  •  – Expertise in agile execution frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, and KPI-driven management.
  •  – Deep proficiency with operational tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or equivalent platforms.

Compensation & Perks
