Role Description:

The eCommerce Specialist will report  to the Head of eCommerce and work alongside the marketing and procurement teams. Assisting in the management of multiple websites, this role is a broad and varied eCommerce and Digital role that requires attention to detail and an eye for opportunity. You will need to be enthusiastic and driven to work in this fast-paced environment and have a passion and interest in online retail.

You will be…

• Responsible for the smooth-running day to day of the collection pages and product catalogue, monitoring sales v targets and identifying opportunities.
• Working with the buying team, forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales plans and margin/profit targets for the department.
• Manage user journeys, landing pages, Search Console, SEMrush, GA reporting to incrementally improve site performance.
• Identify and promote priority products and ensure bestseller visibility across site and categories
• Ownership over site calendar and updates for Category Landing Pages
• Report on Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales and site/category performance
• Responsible for increasing conversion within categories by improving navigation/product information architecture.
• Perform strategic keyword research and analysis to drive category management and content creation in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure SEO is an ongoing project.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use key tools to consistently provide in-depth data analysis on performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure critical timelines are met.
• SEO experience is a must.
• Ability to manage a large amount of data and set priorities accordingly 
• The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ in an eCommerce role.
• BA or BSc in relevant discipline or equivalent years of related work experience required.
• Ability to take initiative with a positive, “problem-solving” attitude
• Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Passionate about online retail
• Shopify Experience is a bonus.
