Based in Madrid and Singapore, our Client is a performance-based digital marketing agency specialised in driving high intent customers to industry leading brands. They help their clients increase sales and market share, by acquiring new customers at scale. They are looking for an expert Google Ads Buyer/PPC Specialist to join a vibrant and growing team!

***This role is remote and working hours are based on Madrid time***

The Role

We are looking for a ninja level, paid ads (search and display) specialist!  You should  have a provable track record in running large volume, search campaigns for affiliate businesses (preferably e-commerce), in multiple geos and languages.  You should thrive in a high-pressure, KPI/performance driven environment.  You should have a relentless hunger to consistently over achieve on targets.

• Create, manage and optimize large scale, performance Google/Bing ad campaigns, (Display, Search & Youtube) in the e-commerce vertical
• Manage budgets in excess of $2m monthly ad spend in highly competitive markets
• Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search
• Report results daily, weekly and monthly
• Utilise your experience of Data Studio & Power BI daily
• Consistently focus on CPA to ensure budget forecasts are met and exceeded 
• Work with the development/product and content teams in creating new, high converting landing pages to improve ROI 

Requirements

• Provable experience in the setting up, management and optimisation of high volume/spend Google ad campaigns (Search, display and YouTube) for comparison/review sites (e-commerce)
• Expert knowledge and understanding of Google analytics
• Google Ads advanced certification (search and display)
• Deep understanding of attribution and how to use it effectively
• Be able to report to the business insightfully using various reporting tools (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Be comfortable with working to goals while maintaining CPA’s and profitability for each product
• Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
