As the Affiliate Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing revenue. Your primary focus will be on identifying and recruiting new partners, optimizing existing partnerships, and implementing effective affiliate marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic and conversions.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to enhance loyalty and performance.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- Campaign Optimization and Performance:
- Work closely with affiliates to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue.
- Provide creative and promotional materials to affiliates for effective marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of affiliate campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance.
- Affiliate Communications and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, offering prompt assistance and support.
- Address affiliate inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a professional manner.
- Provide regular updates to affiliates on new products, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to evaluate affiliate performance, ROI, and identify trends.
- Present reports and insights to senior management, outlining key performance indicators.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to the affiliate program to enhance overall performance.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with changing regulatory requirements and ensure affiliates are compliant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager (preferrably with an operator) within the iGaming or gambling industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with affiliates.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with iGaming regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
