iGaming CRM Manager – Remote

Position Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, highly analytical, and creative CRM Manager to own the player lifecycle strategy across our European markets. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize end-to-end CRM campaigns aimed at increasing player retention, lifetime value (LTV), and reactivation, while strictly adhering to regional regulatory frameworks.

Working fully remotely, you will collaborate closely with product, data analytics, and compliance teams to deliver highly personalized experiences for our players across sports betting and casino products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement localized CRM strategies for all stages of the player journey: onboarding, conversion, retention, VIP progression, and reactivation.

  • Campaign Delivery: Execute multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, On-site/In-app messaging) utilizing our CRM automation platforms.

  • Segmentation & Personalization: Segment the player database based on behavioral data, RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) metrics, and player preferences to deliver highly targeted offers.

Optimization & Analytics

  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content layout, send times, and bonus mechanics to maximize open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and ROI.

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM KPIs (Net Gaming Revenue, churn rates, active player counts, campaign uplift) to senior stakeholders.

Compliance & Player Safety

  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all CRM activities strictly comply with European regulations (e.g., GDPR) and local market licensing requirements (e.g., MGA, UKGC, DGA, KSA, etc.).

  • Responsible Gambling: Integrate Responsible Gambling (RG) frameworks into marketing automation, ensuring at-risk players are systematically excluded from promotional communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in CRM or Retention Marketing specifically within the iGaming/gambling industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook).

  • European Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of player behaviors and regulatory nuances across key European jurisdictions.

  • Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with major iGaming CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or CleverTap).

  • Data Literacy: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, write basic SQL queries (a plus), and build reports in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Remote Proficiency: Proven track record of working effectively in a remote environment, utilizing communication tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence.

  • Languages: Professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., German, Spanish, Dutch, Scandinavian languages) is a major advantage.
