Senior Performance Marketing Manager (iGaming) – Remote

The Role in a Nutshell

We aren’t looking for a passive campaign manager; we need an aggressive, data-obsessed growth driver. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own our paid acquisition strategy from top to bottom. You will be handed significant budgets to deploy across Paid Social, Programmatic, PPC, and Apple Search Ads, with a relentless focus on driving high-value depositing players (FTDs) into our casino and sportsbook brands.

You understand that iGaming acquisition is a specialized sport—you know how to navigate strict ad policies, bypass tracking limitations, and optimize for actual player lifetime value (LTV), not just cheap clicks.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Deploy & Scale Budgets: Take full ownership of paid media spend across Meta, Google, Twitter/X, programmatic networks, and DSPs, continuously hitting aggressive volume targets while keeping CPA/CAC in check.

  • Master the Tracking Maze: Own our attribution framework. Work with tracking tech (AppsFlyer/Adjust, GTM, server-to-server tracking) to ensure clean data signals despite iOS/privacy limitations.

  • Creative Testing Machine: Partner with design teams to feed the ad pipeline with fresh hooks, localized video concepts, and playables. If a creative isn’t performing, you kill it; if it hits, you scale it.

  • Localize & Conquer: Tailor acquisition tactics to the unique regulatory and cultural landscapes of individual European markets. You know what flies in Spain vs. what converts in the Nordics.

  • Outsmart Restrictions: Navigate the complex compliance rules of major ad networks regarding gambling. You know the white-hat workarounds and policy frameworks inside out.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The iGaming Track Record: You’ve spent at least 4 to 5 years running performance marketing specifically for an online casino or sportsbook. You understand the math behind Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and player lifecycles.

  • Deep Platform Expertise: You are a heavy user of ad managers, not just someone who looks at high-level dashboards. You know the algorithms, bidding strategies, and optimization hacks of Meta and Google Ads like the back of your hand.

  • Hyper-Analytical Mindset: You live in numbers. Excel, Tableau, or Looker are your native environments. You optimize campaigns based on cohort analysis and true ROI, not vanity metrics.

  • Self-Starting Remote Ethos: You operate best with high autonomy. You don’t need micromanaging; you need clear goals, a budget, and the freedom to test and execute rapidly.

  • Regulatory Agility: You understand how GDPR, local advertising bans, and responsible gambling regulations impact ad copy and targeting.
